At Nissan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective seals are still intact.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
